Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping is included in all products prices if shipped inside the United States. For international orders shipping will be accessed at the time of purchase and you will be notified.

If for whatever reason you find it necessary to return your Insta-Focus Glasses to us, we will return your purchase price, minus a $4 handling and restocking charge per item, providing that:

The products must be received by us within 30 days of when received.

The products must not be damaged or show obvious signs of wear.

The fees cover restocking costs and credit card transaction fees which are incurred both when orders are placed and when refunds are issued.

NOTE: Return fees higher than $4 may be required to countries outside the US, Canada and Mexico. Fees may vary, depending on the size of the order being returned. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE THESE 3 COUNTRIES.

Warranty

WARRANTY: Products found to be defective will be replaced free of charge within a period of 6 months.  The product must not show evidence of inflicted damage.
